It is our highest priority to keep all our patients and staff safe.  If you would like to book for an appointment at Askew and you are mask exempt for medical reasons, please call us and let us know of your mask exemption. 

In line with our COVID secure policies, and in order to accommodate you and keep everyone safe, you may be asked about your vaccination status.

  • If you are fully vaccinated, then you will be offered the last appointment of the day.  This will allow for the aerosols you breathe out to disperse.  The door may be kept open during your consultation to aid ventilation. 
  • If you are not fully vaccinated, the team may get a Optometrist to call you back and do a risk assessment to ensure that we are able to provide you with the service we would like to offer you whilst remaining COVID secure.
